In the beginning it is said in Greek Mythology that the first being ever was God named Chaos and he was lonely so he created five more Gods/Goddesses and they were Gaia (Mother Earth), Tartarus (The Underworld), Erebus (Darkness that covers the Underworld), Night (Darkness that covers the Earth) and Eros (Love). Gaia had a set of children with Uranus (the sky) and they were monsters that was said that they were said to be born with 100 arms and 50 heads. So Gaia and Uranus had another set of children call the Titans. Uranus hated the Titans and tried to shove them back inside Gaia but Gaia didn't like that, all together they had six sons and six daughters and they were: Oceanus (God of the Sea), Thetis (Sister and wife of Oceanus), Hyperion (God of the Sun), Theia (Sister and Wife of Hyperion), Themis (An earth goddess), Rhea (An earth goddess), Mnemosyne (Goddess of Memory), Iapetus, Coeus, Phoebe, Crius and Cronus (The brightest, strongest and smartest of all his siblings.) Cronus and Gaia were the next Gods to have their generation of kids and they were known as the Olympians. The names of the Olympians are Zeus (God of Lightning), Hera (Goddess of Marriage), Poseidon (God of the Sea), Hades (God of the Underworld), Hestia (Goddess of the Hearth), Demeter (Goddess of the Crops and Harvest). In other words the Greek Gods were mainly born out of incest simply brother and sister marrying and having children of their own. On the next page is a family tree of the Greek Gods and Goddesses if this doesn't make sense to you. And below is a family tree of the Titans
